Nykøbing Falster

Day 7: A day in Nykøbing!

View European Surprise 2015 on Kris and Kayla's travel map.

Today we went to Nykøbing Falster, which is probably the nearest biggest town next to Sakskøbing, it is also the town where Kimmie (Kris' niece) goes to school. We went with Kris' dad (Togo), Kris' nephew Patrick aka Pedro and his girlfriend Frederikke aka Fred. Togo was meeting Wiesa for the day so we got a free lift into town which was great!! It also meant that we didn't have to catch the train!

Nykøbing F. is also where we are going for dinner for Maj's b'day. There is a Chinese restaurant there that Maj likes, and it is the easiest for how many people we will be - 18!!

We started walking down the Main Strip of shops and Pedro wanted to look in all shoe stores because he loves sneakers!! He also went into all the phone stores looking for a cover for his phone. The shops are just your average shops - yep, they have the same ones as at home, although most are in Danish. Kayla wanted an ice-cream but she needed to wait until after lunch, which she was not happy about.

Here are some photos of the day. The weather was great and the company was even better. We had a great day and it was nice spending time with Pedro and Fred and meeting Togo and Weisa for lunch.
